Fruitful Day is a fruit delivery service that caters to corporate and residential clients to elevate snacking habits. The company wanted to convene its team with a strategy workshop for 2019 to take the business to the next level in terms of marketing.
I&Co.’s conducted its “Strategize for Success” workshop for the team that helped align them on what went well in the previous year and what they wanted to change for the year to come. This workshop yielded a high level 12 month plan covering the 7 Ps of marketing (product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence).
